Security Admin Staff/Gatepass Coordinator/Security Public Relation Officer
- Prepare Raslaffan Gatepasses applications for Qatargas Employees, Shareholders/Secondees, Vendors, QG VIPs & VVIPs and Qatargas Contractors via E-gatepass Portal of Qatar Energy or Manual Compact Disc submissions submitted to GDIS/MOI Raslaffan Security Pass Office. Liaise and verify application requirements for the Qatar Energy Raslaffan Photography Permits &Tools/ Equipment Material List requests. Handles filing process of the work output of the day in the filing cabinets and maintained labelled system. Manage Master Key Administration of the building offices in accordance with Key Control procedures. Manages LENEL Access Control System, Prepare the prints of the vehicle decal stickers for Plant & Non-Plant requests from employees & contractors. Replying queries from Employees and QG Contractors or Visitors via emails to Security Admin for any related issues and concerns. Prepare ATM Card Reconciliation for the payments tendered on the processing of the Raslaffan Passes and QE Photographic Permits and other miscellaneous costs at the GDIS-MOI Raslaffan. Replying queries via e-mailing and performed external duties for follow up of the approvals of nationalities and other miscellaneous requests subject for approval of GDIS/MOI Raslaffan and Qatar Energy.
